The Cognitive Workshop is led by a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience providing community-based, in-home, family, and individual therapy services.

The therapeutic style is collaborative and direct: identify what is getting in the way, understand the system around the problem, and build tools that can work outside the therapy session.
